How we choose the tradesperson

When a tradesperson does not see the job at all

• —The profile is not active, so the person is not working through the platform right now.
• —Documents, insurance or qualification are not confirmed.
• —This work is not among the services the tradesperson is allowed to carry out.
• —The address lies outside the zone in which the tradesperson works.
• —The day is marked as holiday, sick leave or closed.
• —The tradesperson already declined this job, so we do not ask a second time.

In what order the job is offered

• —If you picked a tradesperson yourself, they receive the job first.
• —Next comes whoever has less work on that day.
• —At equal load, priority goes to the better match, meaning service, zone and a free day.
• —If everything is fully equal, alphabetical order decides, not a bid.

What never influences the order

• —No tradesperson can buy a place in the queue.
• —Nobody has to undercut the price, because the platform rate applies.
• —Age, gender, origin or nationality play no role.

If you disagree with a decision

Every automatic decision is reviewed by a person on request, and you receive a written explanation.
