Cookies
We store your language and comfort display settings in your browser so the site stays readable and in your language. These are strictly necessary preferences and are not used for advertising.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a short piece of text stored on your device during a visit so that the site recognises you at the next click. We use only three families, namely the one that is strictly necessary for operation, the one that measures usage and the one that remembers your settings. There is no advertising and no tracking across other sites here, and we will not introduce any.
2. Necessary cookies that always run
Without these cookies the platform does not work, because they keep your session after sign-in, remember your language, protect the forms against abuse and store your own cookie decision. They need no consent since they are required for the service you ask for. The session expires after thirty days without activity, the language and the decision stay for one year.
3. Usage measurement only with your yes
We want to know which pages stall and where an order is abandoned, so the statistics count visits and journeys anonymously. This counting starts only after you have switched it on expressly, and the data never serves advertising and is not sold to ad networks. If you say no, we merely lack a figure and the platform stays just as complete for you.
4. List of cookies and storage periods
Necessary, namely the account session for thirty days, the language for one year, the cookie decision for one year and the form protection for the length of a session. Measurement, only with consent, namely an anonymous visit identifier for three months and a journey identifier for six months. Comfort, only with consent, namely the last commune chosen and the services last viewed for three months. We set nothing beyond this, and any change to this list appears here before it takes effect.
5. How to change your choice
The setting sits at the foot of this page, there you switch each category on or off separately and the change takes effect at once, without signing in again. Saying no is as easy as saying yes and the banner does not keep asking for the same no. You may also delete or block all cookies in the browser, in which case the sign-in and the language are lost.
6. Third parties, rights and complaint
The cookies are set by us and the statistics run on servers inside the European Union, with no advertising network, social button or third-party tracking pixel embedded in the platform. What happens to your data is described in the privacy statement, where you can request access, correction and erasure. If our practice does not satisfy you, you may turn to the National Commission for Data Protection in Luxembourg.
